Channelling Restlessness
Channelling restlessness because left undiscovered the world will miss out. Why restlessness can be a force for good. Billy O’Reilly is a 23 year old co-founder of Good Grub. Growing up with an older brother, with down syndrome, his family has always been sensitive to other’s struggles and challenges. A family of entrepreneurs, their dinner conversations are comparable to dragons den, as ideas are shared, criticised and formed. The combination of both of these factors has formed a unique environment catering to social entrepreneurship, a concept Billy is passionate about, even writing his thesis on a similar topic. It is from this environment that the genesis for Good Grub was established. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
