I am a Serial Burglar’ - Maynooth University Student Chloe Carey's talk examines comparing yourself to others, body shaming, and the value we put on our perceived flaws in determining our self worth. Chloe Carey is a 19 year old university student, who is currently studying sociology and criminology at Maynooth University. In the past four years her interest in spoken word poetry has grown. During her talk she will perform an original poem entitled “The Serial Burglar, which details her experiences with body image issues and body dysmorphia.
